Jill McWilliam, presenter of Doric TV has been recording oral history for a number of years now . Three years ago she interviewed Mr Jim Taylor, who is a well known retired farmer at Stoneyhill, Hatton /Cruden Area . Mr Taylor recalls life from his grandparents time and the family run Teuchan Shop. He reminisces about his farming days from the time of working with the horse to the introduction of the first tractor to the modern way of farming .
