Check out Doric TV's unique Christmas messages from David Wilkie our man in the Philippines, and also from Santa's cousin Angus, our man in Whinnyfold. We also have a great wee interview with Karen Barrett Ayres - no relation to Pam Ayres! who amongst other things, tells the amazing story of how she formulated Coronavirus Signs in Doric for the United Nations.
There's also recent footage featuring the incredible Andrew - and his howling Doric Husky team - reflecting on the benefits of mindfulness and utilising the outdoors for mental and physical well being. Andrew has a multiple sclerosis condition and is a true inspiration.
Leading us into the festive period we have an interview with The Bard of Udny Green who tells us all about her work and her pop up festive shop !
As you may know, Doric TV is a self funded venture, well, we received an early Christmas present recently when we received a £1,500 grant from The North Connect Legacy to go towards the purchase of a Mac book lap top. Thanks to Foundation Scotland and to The Port Erroll Heritage Group who are both supporting Doric TV.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a quiet and contemplative festive period,
Jill and Gordon.
