Craig talks exclusively to Doric TV, re his unique journey to share his passion and dream. Tucked away in the tranquil country-side, his restaurant in Udny Green has seen many famous folk come through its doors. Craig has went onto become a celebrity chef and now encourages and presents local talent. For Doric TV he introduces us to the lovely Niamh Martin.
